OUR story so far

Blue Brothers is a charity organisation for men living with cancer in the Canterbury region. Our classes are for movement and social engagement. Our free exercise classes are one-hour long and we follow with a cuppa afterwards.

Our classes offer light physical exercise and movement to suit individual stage and ability. Our Instructors provide quality, planned programmes for each class. And if you're not able to come to the gym, it's easy to tune into our Zoom class so you can workout from the comfort of your own home. Easy.

We hope to see some new members soon - and please remember to like and share our posts with anyone who might benefit from our group. We are here to help and support those living with cancer to keep moving, keep connected and keep having fun!
